Here are Liam Norcliffe’s player ratings from the game...
1. Kyle Letheren 6
A third clean sheet of the season for Letheren who had very little to do for the second game running. Aldershot's Mo Bettamer called him into action with a close-range header in the second half but it was straight at him. Photo: Rachel Atkins
2. Will Evans 6
A steady performance from the skipper who looks more comfortable since being moved to a right of a back three. There was one heart in mouth moment when he almost directed a cross into his own net in the second half but overall he did well. Photo: Andrew Roe/AHPIX LTD
3. Haydn Hollis 8
Another solid performance from the centre-back who has not put a foot wrong in the last two matches. He swept up everything at the back and his positional play was good. If his late header had gone in that would have been the iceing on the cake but it was not to be. Just edges out Curtis Weston for man of the match for me. Photo: Rachel Atkins
4. Laurence Maguire 6
Boss Rowe said that Hollis' performances are rubbing off on Evans and Maguire and he is right. Almost scored with a near post header but he glanced it just wide. Photo: Andrew Roe/AHPIX LTD
