Police hunt for Heanor burglar
Police are appealing for witnesses after a house in Heanor was burgled yesterday (December 8).
The homeowner returned to their house on Lockton Avenue to see a man climbing out of their upstairs bedroom window at about 3.20pm.
A police spokesman said the burglar got away with several items of Pandora jewellery, including rings, a bracelet and charms and necklaces.

Hide AdThe offender has been described as a white man, of thin build, who is approximately 30 years old.
He was wearing a Barbour-style jacket with jeans and trainers.
