Creator of Chesterfield smartphone exploration game issues update after ‘TagTaps’ go missing
Pete Hunt, from Brimington, devised Tag Tap JTH (Join The Hunt) after his family enjoyed playing the Beat The Streets game in Chesterfield last year.

In an update on Thursday evening, Pete announced he would be replacing the tag points as he urged more people to get involved in the game.
He said: “After some time to think about the situation and taking on board all the positive comments we have decided we WILL be replacing the missing TagTaps but this may take some time, if in the meantime you discover anymore missing please let us know via our contact us page.
"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can everyone give this post a share and invite people to like our page. We need everyone to have a go to make it a success.

Pete intially said that replacing the TagTaps seemed “out of the question” and that it was “unbelievable” how many were missing.
He added: “TagTap was set up to get people out and about free of charge, we have had ZERO funding and have paid for it all out of our own pockets and obviously a select few think it’s ok to ruin it for everyone else.”
