On December 5, a sleigh with Santa Claus was towed around New Tupton, followed by some of his helpers.
“It was an amazing evening,” said Debbie.
“There was so much support from the village with lovely reviews on out Facebook page.
“There were also lots of excited children.”
Meanwhile, a 12 days of Christmas treasure hunt is taking place, with clues placed around parts of the village for children to follow.

And a festive meal for Tupton residents is planned to be held at the village hall on December 28.
Debbie said: “This will be for people feeling socially isolated or lonely and anyone who has suffered financial hardship.
“We will be delivering letters to all residents next week telling them about this and how it will work.
