Chesterfield Amazon depot makes £1,000 donation to Bolsover charity

Freedom was set up in 2008 to support people who are struggling with poverty.
The charity provides benefits advice, mental health support and a foodbank for vulnerable people.

Hide AdThe good cause also organises a range of free and low-cost activities for the people it supports.
Freedom plans to use the donation from the Amazon team to support their foodbank.
Richard Cowlishaw-Ellison, site leader at Amazon in Barlborough, said: “We’re proud to support organisations like Freedom, who make a real difference in our community.
“The charity’s staff and volunteers have been a great support to people in Bolsover during Covid-19 and we want to lend a helping hand with this donation.”

“The charity provides a vital service for many in our community.”

Hide AdFreedom received the donation as part Amazon’s programme to support the communities around its operating locations across the UK.
