New book shines spotlight on Kinder Scout
Containing 140 stunning full-colour photographs, the new book reveals the social, political, cultural and ecological developments which have shaped the physical and human landscape of the Peak District's highest point.
It has been produced by photographer John Beatty and writer Ed Douglas, and released by Vertebrate Publishing.

It was launched during an event at the Outside Cafe in Hathersage last month.
