Major Chesterfield roadworks '˜to last four weeks'
The major work - which is at Derby Road’s junction with Trevorrow Crescent - began last Thursday and will last for four weeks.
The work is being carried out to give pedestrians and cyclists on that side of Derby Road priority over turning traffic.

Trevorrow Crescent is commonly used as a ‘rat run’ for drivers wanting to travel from Derby Road to Park Road or vice versa.
However, they will now have to use Baden Powell Road or the much smaller Redvers Buller Road if they wish to do so.
