Inquest opens into death of Tim Frohwein
An inquest has opened into the death of a top-ranking Derbyshire police officer.
Tim Frohwein was found on the Grouse Moor area of the Goyt Valley on Saturday by family friends who were helping to search for the 48-year-old.
The married dad-of-three, who was Chesterfield’s Chief Inspector, was reported missing from his Buxton home on Sunday, November 17.

Hide AdDet Insp Richard Smith, of Buxton police, told the hearing at Chesterfield coroners’ court this afternoon that there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
Coroner Dr Robert adjourned the inquest pending further inquiries.
