Muhammad Shahzad Fareed and Raja Waseem Ahmed said they finished their shifts at the Amazon depot in Barlborough and discovered the catalytic converters had been stolen from both of their vehicles in the car park.
Thirty-two-year-old Muhammad, of Chesterfield, said: “The theft has cost us around £1,000 each – it’s not just affected us financially, it’s also affected us emotionally.”

“The car park is Amazon’s and it’s secured by Amberstone Security Services,” Muhammad said.
“How is it possible that someone could cut metal parts from two different cars and on-site security personnel didn’t hear or notice anything?
“It’s very much clear that Amazon doesn’t provide a safe and secure working environment.
