Chesterfield paedophile asked 12-year-old girl for a “naughty pic”

Jamie Nicholls asked one of the fictional girls for photos and asked another if she would let him “see her naked” and if she liked “dominant men”.
Nicholls, 44, - who sent various messages via Whatsapp over the course of six months - was arrested while attempting to meet one of the girls in Derby on December 30, 2019.

Hide AdProsecutor Fergus Malone told Derby Crown Court how Nicholls met a decoy named Blair Harrison aged 13 on Chat Hour and the pair continued talking on Whatsapp.
Even after the decoy said girls her age “should not be sending photos like that” Nicholls sent further messages asking for photos of her breasts.
Using the name Sir Jim 76 Nicholls met another child impersonator named Alicia online – who he asked to “strip for him” and send a “naughty pic”.
On December 30, 2019 police were called out to the Co-op store in Mackworth, Derby, where Nicholls had arranged to meet up with a decoy.

Hide AdProsecutor Mr Malone said a male caller told police Nicholls was “surrounded by a group of activists against online child abuse”.
After his arrest Nicholls told police he was expecting to meet a woman aged 26 who drove an “Audi A3”.
Paul Wright, defending, told the court Nicholls suffered from cerebral palsy and “loneliness was the primary driver for these offences”.
Judge Jonathan Bennett told Nicholls his offences were “serious matters” spanning “a number of months”.

Hide AdHe said: “They involved two different people and the type of conversations and chat was asking for pictures of them, asking to do things to them and asking to feel various parts of their anatomy.”
Nicholls, of York Street, Chesterfield, admitted seven counts of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.
He was given a two-year community order with 35 rehabilitation activity days, 100 hours of unpaid work and made subject of a 10-year sexual harm prevention order.
