1. David Holmes.
David Holmes, 63, of Ashforth Avenue, Marlpool, Heanor, was sentenced to 12 months in prison and handed a two-year restraining order after pleading guilty to a number of charges – including racially aggravated harassment, racially aggravated criminal damage and witness intimidation. Photo: Handout
2. Ryan Littlewood.
Ryan Littlewood, 27, of Chestnut Drive, Creswell, has been jailed for two months and banned from the roads for more than two years after pleading guilty to drink-driving and dangerous driving. Photo: Handout
3. Victor Unczur.
Victor Unczur, 24, of Derby Road, Long Eaton, was arrested and pleaded guilty to stalking and using threatening or abusive words. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison and given a restraining order. Photo: Handout
