"We baked some dog friendly cake, took him a walk to a field nearby which he absolutely loves, and gave him a couple new toys which he happily played with in the
garden (and we made him his own Instagram).”
Research shows that nearly a quarter (22 percent) of dog owners say that their pet’s birthdays was one of their favourite days of the year.
More than half (54 percent) of the nation’s canine companions will receive new toys for their birthday.
