Visitors to Kedleston Hall are being invited to go batty with a new series of nature walks.
Monday Evenings throughout August will see people gather for Bat Walks at the National Trust property, near Derby, led by Kedlestone's wardens and the Derbyshire Bat Conservation Group.

Bat detectors will be used during the walks to detect the bats' sonar calls and identify different species.

The walks will begin on Monday, August 4, at 8pm, meeting at the main car park after entering through the Village Lodge gates. Participants have been advised to wear warm, waterproof clothing and take a torch.

Booking is essential to avoid disappointment. Tickets cost £10 for adults and £5 for children.

For more information, or to book, call 01332 842191.
