Ad-venture down to Hope Valley film festival this weekend
Twenty five of the best UK adventure films will be showcased, including the award-winning ‘Distilled’, which explores Scottish winter climbing and profiles life in the mountains.
Another will be Ella Kirkpatrick’s El Capitan film ‘My Life, Big Climb’, a made-for-TV film telling the story of the 13-year-old’s plan to scale the 3,000ft wall in California’s Yosemite Valley. Accompanying the film will be a Q&A session.
