Disqualified driver with 20 points on licence stopped by police in Alfreton - for second time in a week
A disqualified driver with 20 points on his licence has been stopped by police in Alfreton, a week after having another car seized.
Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit tweeted last night: "A38 Alfreton. Jaguar #Seized from a disqualified driver with 20 points on his licence.
"That was last Tuesday.
"Tonight, a week later he’s back out on the road in this Audi A3. Still disqualified.
"Arrested, remanded to court in the morning. #PrisonPlease."
