Police release CCTV after couple 'hit with a road sign' in alleged Chesterfield town centre attack

A man in his 30s and a woman in her 30s were on Knifesmithgate around 7am on Sunday, August 1 when they were allegedly hit with a road sign and kicked.
A Derbyshire police spokesperson said: “They suffered injuries, which were not thought to be serious.

“If you recognise those in the photos or have any information which could help with our enquiries, please contact us on the non-emergency details below, quoting reference 21000430264.”
