Damien Rough, 41, was pushed back when a first grab for the shocked family member's private parts failed.
The ruckus broke out on August 3 when drunk Rough turned up at his cousin’s home demanding he help retrieve some money from a debtor.

Hide AdProsecutor Becky Allsop told Chesterfield Magistrates Court how Rough also kneed his cousin to the face before being “removed” from the Arkwright Town address.
Then a “loud bang” was heard and the victim saw his car windscreen had been smashed as he looked out of the window.
However Ben Strelley, Rough’s solicitor, said his client “would say, in some ways, it was six of one and half-a-dozen of the other”.
Mr Strelley said Rough had only grasped his cousin’s testicles after being put in a headlock and the knee to the face happened after a further “coming together”.

“His wife had chucked him out of the house and the common denominator was alcohol being consumed - he had too much to drink that day.”
Rough, of Frecheville Street, Staveley, pleaded guilty to common assault and criminal damage.
He was handed 80 hours unpaid work and made to pay £200 compensation, £85 court costs and a £95 victim surcharge.
