Peter James Homes has revealed artist impressions of interiors at its 148-home Woodlands Heights development in Bullbridge, to coincide with the launch of a sales cabin and viewing platform at the site.
This month also marks the first opportunity for people to reserve plots in phase two of the 22-acre scheme, comprising 12 homes.

Tom Anderson, site manager, said: “The artist impressions give a good feel for what our Rowan and Abingdon homes will look like on the inside, but the site needs to be witnessed firsthand to appreciate its incredible location.
“I urge anyone considering a move to take a look at Woodlands Heights as soon as possible, as we’re already seeing a steady stream of people at our sales cabin.“
The Covid-safe cabin, which has divider screens, hand sanitising stations and controlled capacity, is now open for prospective buyers to book appointments, through Bagshaws Residential.

Kerri Bywater, of Bagshaws, said: “Woodlands Heights is in such a beautiful setting, with homes designed to complement the environment and create a distinctive village atmosphere.
“Yet it’s got such great access to cities like Derby, Nottingham and Sheffield that it’s attracting all types of people who want to live in the countryside, but not have a long commute.”
The first homes are expected to be completed by September. Released property prices range from £280,000-£510,000.
